Open Labyrinth Walk and Baby Food Drive
All are welcome to this FREE labyrinth walk in Bellingham to mark the beginning of Advent.
Faith Lutheran Church will host an Open Labyrinth Walk and Baby Food Drive on Monday, November 28, 2011, from 4:00-8:00pm at 2750 McLeod Rd., just off I-5/Northwest Exit in Bellingham, WA. The public is invited to attend, and all are welcome to bring a donation of nonperishable baby food to place on the perimeter of the labyrinth during the walk. The walk has an "open house" format; come early or late at whatever time works for your schedule.
An 11-circuit Chartres labyrinth, provided by The Laughing Flower Labyrinth Company, will be available, along with guidelines for walking, information about labyrinths, and an optional prayer starter.

Gratitude Giveaways continue thru Dec 20th
Laughing Flower offers THREE GREAT SPECIALS for newsletter subscribers this holiday season
In celebration of the three great labyrinth projects* in November, and in thankfulness for the recent article I was featured in (just released last month) by nationally syndicated gardening columnist Marty Ross titled "Labyrinths change the mood of a garden", The Laughing Flower will continue the November "gratitude" special through December 20th! Read below for more details.
"I have had friends who have acted kindly towards me, and it has been my good fortune to have it in my power to give them substantial proofs of my gratitude." -Giacomo Casanova

**It's my belief that labyrinths shouldn't be rushed, pushed or "sold"; the timing, the budget and everything about a consultation and installation should feel "right" to both parties. It must come from a desire which has usually been planted in the soul, not by what I say, but by the client's own experience of walking a labyrinth at some time in the past. So you can trust that you are "safe" from manipulative and pushy sales tactics when you schedule a consultation for a labyrinth.
